Dr. Francisco De Jesus is a board-certified Infectious Disease physician practicing in St. Augustine, Florida. He provides comprehensive care for patients with complex infectious conditions, including bacteremia, sepsis, endocarditis, osteomyelitis, postoperative infections, and infections caused by multidrug-resistant organisms.
Dr. De Jesus earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Rochester before completing his medical degree at Universidad Iberoamericana in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at the VA Caribbean Healthcare System in San Juan, Puerto Rico, followed by fellowship training in Infectious Diseases at University Hospital in Newark, New Jersey.
He is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Infectious Disease and is an active member of the American College of Physicians and the Infectious Diseases Society of America.
